This year’s Commencement ceremonies, held May 16, celebrated 566 undergraduate and 288 graduate students earning their degrees. This year also marked the 70th anniversary of the founding of PLNU’s Alpha Chapter of the Phi Delta Lambda alumni honor society. There were three Commencement convocations, all held in PLNU's historic Greek Amphitheatre. Graduate convocation was at 10 a.m. and featured Dr. Jill Hamilton-Bunch as speaker. The undergraduate convocation for the College of Arts and Science, the School of Education, and the School of Nursing was at 1 p.m. At 4 p.m. was the undergraduate convocation for the College of Social Science and Professional Studies.
