Director of Children's Ministry

Job Description:

Fellowship Bible Church (FBC) is searching for a dynamic and creative Children’s Director to set and execute to a clear and compelling vision that supports our rapidly growing children’s ministry of over 350 children. This ministry serves the children and their parents from birth through fifth grade both within the church and in the surrounding community.

The primary role is to recruit, train and develop leaders and volunteers who support parents in raising their children to know, love and serve Jesus Christ. The Director of Children’s Ministry will be accountable to the Executive Pastor, be a team player and will work in cooperation with other pastoral staff and ministry leaders within the church.

Qualifications: 

Profess with their mouth and believe with their heart that Jesus Christ is Lord.

Show demonstrated ability by education, experience and Christian commitment a capability to perform the tasks outlined in the job description.

A mature Christian that shows a love for and ability to work with children, staff, volunteers and parents.

Has teaching and leadership experience in a Christian setting

Salary: Competive Salary based on experience
