Requirements:
- Be seeking to live a holy, prayer-driven,
Spirit-led life.
- Desire to be a lead Pastor and possess
experience in local-church, pastoral ministry.
- Possess strong teaching/preaching gifts and be
able to communicate and apply God’s Word effectively and powerfully.
- Be able to relate to, shepherd, and disciple
young families and Young Adult leaders.
- Be capable of overseeing a small, paid staff
(currently Associate Pastor, part-time Youth Pastor, Office Administrator,
and part-time Secretary) and strategically adding staff as necessary.
- Have a heart for community outreach.
