High school pastor

Duties and Responsibilities:  The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in developing, coordinating and administering an effective High School student ministry. Will be responsible for outreach and connecting with youth, providing them with fellowship and spiritual growth while overseeing high-energy services, worship and bible studies. Must be an effective communicator and able to handle multiple priorities successfully while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications/Requirements:  Bachelors Degree in seminary with three or more years of hands-on High School ministry leadership experience, related experience may be substituted for education requirement. This position requires a flexible work schedule, possible overtime, and weekend work to complete assigned projects. Team player with teaching and leadership skills. Strong communication skills and proficient computer skills

Compensation:
Full Time work; pay depending on experience
