The Director

Dr. Ron Kirkemo is Professor of Political Science and Director of the Institute. He organized the university’s political science major in 1991 and the Institute in 2001. He has been a candidate for public office and served for eight years on the San Diego Historical Site Board.

Dr. Kirkemo is a member of the American Association of Political Consultants, the Association for Intelligence Officers, and the National Industry Association and its Legislative Committee, and the San Diego Military Advisory Council.
