Important Information from the Office of Student Development
Freshman residents are NOT PERMITTED to bring vehicles to campus (even for a few minutes, this includes Holidays and Breaks), nor may they park in surrounding neighborhoods or the City Lot.
- This policy applies to all residential first year students who graduated from high school this year. The policy extends through the student's first two semesters of full time enrollment.
- Vehicles are defined as any freeway worthy vehicle. (As defined by the California Vehicle Code). A scooter, under 50cc, may be registered with the campus if registered with the DMV (proper paperwork) and meets all the motorcycle/scooter registration requirements
- Freshmen violating the policy will be fined $250 plus 10 hours of community service. Second offense will result in an automatic referral to Traffic Review.
Enrollment may be jeopardized if this policy is intentionally violated.
