Change of Schedule

For students who need to add or drop courses after their Web Registration time has closed.
Please fill out form and have your location assistant process it for you.


Diploma Mailing Request

For students who have graduated and will not be able to pick up their diploma. Please complete form and mail to PLNU Office of Records, 3900 Lomaland Drive, San Diego, California  92106.

Application for Degree Candidacy

Required for students to graduate.  Form must be completed and submitted to the Office of Records by February 9 to participate in the May Commencement ceremonies.

Student Verification

For students who need proof of enrollment or GPA verification.  Please complete form and send to PLNU Office of Records. 3900 Lomaland Drive, San Diego, California  92106.

Transcript Requests

For students who need official or unofficial transcripts. Please follow directions on form.

Withdrawal from the University

For students who will no longer be attending the University. 
Please complete form and transmit to your location or the PLNU Office of Records, 3900 Lomaland Drive, San Diego, California, 92106.
