The following is a list of General Education (GE) courses, from commonly attended colleges or universities, that have been pre-approved to transfer to PLNU. All listed courses cannot be taken via non-traditional delivery means, such as TV or online. And all GE and major courses must be taken for a letter grade, not pass/fail.
A combined maximum of 70 units may be transferred to PLNU from the following sources:
- Community colleges
- AP (Advanced Placement)
- CLEP (College Level Examination Program)
- IB (International Baccalaureate)

Imperial Valley College - BSN
Mt. San Jacinto College - BSN
Saddleback College - BSN
Santa Ana College - BSN
Santiago Canyon College - BSN
1 The GE or General Education courses listed in these agreements are created for students pursuing a Bachelor's degree at PLNU. Some majors may require a student to choose a specific GE course from the list. Please consult the PLNU catalog to determine which courses may be required for your major.
2 The GE or General Education courses listed in these agreements are created solely for students pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at PLNU. Additional non-GE courses are also listed here; these courses are required for the Nursing major. Please consult the PLNU catalog to view all of the courses in the Nursing major.
