Off-campus Housing Resources
Point Loma Nazarene University is a residential campus and all students are required to live on campus. The exceptions to this policy are:
- Students 23 or older
- Married students
- Students living at home with their family
Often due to housing constraints the university will grant additional exceptions to make room for freshmen students. (Off campus application process).
Additionally, due to housing constraints, there is often no on-campus housing options for transfer Juniors and Seniors. While the Office of Residential Life does take applications for on-campus housing for transfer Juniors and Seniors, there is no guarantee that housing will be available, and therefore we encourage all Junior and Senior transfer students to seek off campus housing.
