How do I access Library Databases from off-campus? Unknown (or inaccessible) property:CurrentPageVersion.PageID

To access Library Databases from off-campus

  1. Go to Ryan Library home page (www.pointloma.edu/ryanlibrary)
  2. Go to the "Need Articles" section in the middle of the page, and click on Find Articles in one of our databases. This will bring up a list of the library databases.
  3. IMPORTANT: Choose a database, but do not click on the name of the database that is the heading of the paragraph/description.  Instead, go to the end of the paragraph and click on the link that says "off campus access to __________"
  4. At this point a screen will PLNU Web Access Management Login screen will appear.
  5. Enter your first and last name (with a space between) in the first box
  6. Enter your 8-digit PLNU ID number in the second box.  (This 8-digit number is on the bottom of your ID card, by the barcode.  It is actually your regular 6-digit ID number plus two numbers on the end.  Your first ID card has a 10 on the end, and it goes up from there.  If you've never received an ID card, try 09.)
  7. Click on the Submit button.  This should take you to the database.
