U. S. Public Law designates May as Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month.

  • Asian-Nation: The Landscape of Asian America   
    An "information resource and overview of the historical, demographic, political, and cultural issues that make up today’s diverse Asian American community." The author, a Vietnamese American sociologist, also provides discussion boards, many links, a section with history and photographs of Viet Nam, and suggestions for celebrating Asian Pacific American Heritage Month (May).
