GaryRailsback@pointloma.edu Dr. Railsback joined the PLNU School of Education in January 2008 having served in higher education for 23 years - 10 in admissions and 13 as a faculty member. During the first six months he served part-time coming to San Diego once a month and then full-time in July, 2008.While at George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon (2000- 2008) he served as Director of the Master of Education Program, Director of the Doctor of Education Program, and Department Chair. From 1997-2000 he was Department Chair at Tabor College (Hillsboro, KS) and coordinator of the Secondary Education Program. He first college teaching position was at Sterling College (Sterling, KS) from 1995 to 1997 where he coordinated the secondary education program.
