- Army ROTC - The Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps offers a "fenced" scholarship benefit package for nurses only. It pays Full tuition & all mandatory fees, a book allowance of $900 per academic year, and a tax-free monthly stipend of $300-$500 depending on class year.
