Selah...A Prayer Path Experience

[Se·lah: to pause and meditate following a reading or Psalm]

Prayer is encounter with the One to whom we pray.

In our prayers we encounter God and in the process discover all that is within us - our joys, our struggles, our longings.  We pray for others, for situations, for change.  We pray to be changed.
We learn to express our deepest needs, to be honest, to celebrate, to pray on behalf of others, and to give thanks.

The Selah experience is a prayer journey that consists of various artistic & creative stations to guide your prayer life and is offered for a series of days each semester.

Whatever it is that you encounter during Selah, we hope it is a time of rest, reflection, worship, surprising discoveries, challenges and encounter with God.
