What do you want to be when you grow up?
I  want to be content,  fun to be around, gracious, more loving and compassionate.

What are you passionate about?  What interests do you have?
I'm most passionate about growing and helping others grow emotionally & spiritually.  Reading!  I love to read.  I love being outdoors - hiking & kayaking are some of my favorite things to do.  Listening to live music is great.  I like naps in the sun on the beach.

Why did you choose Kyiv for a missions experience?
I lived in Kyiv as a volunteer missonary from '93 - '94.  I love the people and the land...it's a beautiful place and I can't wait to return.

What Bible verse or Christian truth has been really meaningful to you in the last year?
A truth that has been meaningful to me in the past year is that God is faithful - and he is enough.
What about this trip most excites you?
See my friends again and meeting new ones...mostly just to be able to partner with the incredible Ukraine team.

What do you love to do when you have a full day or series of days off from school and work?
Usually I go visit one of my best friends.  But other times I love to travel and discover some new place with a friend or on my own.  When I'm discovering that new place I like to just walk around and get to know the area...then I go to a cafe and read a book for awhile.

If you could have a superhero strength what would you choose?
I would love to fly.

What would you like to say to the folks in Ukraine?
We are praying for you daily...and are excited to work alongside you in July.  Until we see each other - The Peace of Christ.
