PLNU has been extended the rare opportunity to join the ongoing work taking place in the beautiful and rugged country of Nepal. This invitation came from Dr. Hermann Gschwandtner who serves as the Nazarene Compassionate Ministries Coordinator for Southeast Asia as well as Rev. David Shrestra & Dilli Subba, who have have opened their ministries, homes and community work to us. They wrote us the following:

By the time you reach us in the "mountain kingdom" Nepal it may be a republic. A country in a gorgeous area, the Himalayas, the Christian Church is growing by leaps and bounds. Due to the political upheavals of the last few years this is the time to reach out to Nepalese with the love of Christ.

The team will focus their work on young people and children, sensitively coming alongside strategies and efforts already in place.
