T R I P  O V E R V I E W :
Ministry Outreach Fairs & Small Groups

Every year, S.A.L.T. Mission Camps provides the opportunity to serve with Nazarene churches as well as interact with our Mexican teammates.  During the day, we'll spend time with various Nazarene churches in community parks, offering needed services and goods at booths -what we call a "Ministry Fair".  We also will do some light renovation on churches.  During the evening, back at camp, we worship together with bilingual songs and structured small groups led by PLNU & Nazarene Seminary students, who serve the whole time as camp staff.

Mexicali Primera Church of the Nazarene

This is our first invitation to work in Mexicali, a town about 3 hours east of Tijuana, or just south of the border from El Centro, CA.  Though we'll be working with several churches in the greater Mexicali area, all participants will make camp and stay at the Mexicali Primera Church of the Nazarene.  Church members will provide all meals.  Participants should be prepared with sleeping bags.  All sites supervised by S.A.L.T. Office Staff & Mexican Nazarene leadership.
