We've made things really easy for you. 
Follow the 3-step guideline below to register your group/yourself for S.A.L.T. Mission Camps
and apply.  All you have to do to get started is just let us know how many are coming!  Whenever you download a form, more detailed instructions will always be included.  All documents open as PDF files you can directly type into before printing.

Passport Note:

The law has changed and you must have a passport to come on S.A.L.T. Mission Camps! 
Don't have one?  Time to renew?  Lost yours?  Our Passport Guide is an easy reference.
(Birth certificates no longer valid as border documentation after Jan. 1, 2009.)


 

Participant Fees:


  • Easter Mexicali: $450 / participant
  • Summer Tucson: $550 / participant
  • Contact office for youth under high school age
  • $25 late fee incurred for past-due balance/ insufficient funds

STEP 1:  RESERVE YOUR SPOTS
If you already know who specifically is coming on S.A.L.T. Mission Camps, please advance to Step 2.  If you're not sure who is coming from your group or are still deciding if it's for you, use our Reservation Contract to reserve spaces. Pay attention to the deadlines to submit the form / drop any reserved spaces. Follow Step 2 deadlines to submit formal applications for all set group members.

STEP 2: TELL US WHO'S COMING
Select the appropriate application and submit one per participant to confirm your placement with S.A.L.T. Mission Camps. All persons who may have been confirmed on a Reservation Contract must send in an application and $50 deposit by the deadlines listed here.  (If coming in a group, please use the Group Ledger, as well.)

 CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

(Deposits may be paid by credit card. To do so, print and mail in Authorization. You may also pay by cash, money order, or check payable to S.A.L.T. MIssion Camps.)

STEP 3:  PAY YOUR BALANCE
Finish the process by paying the rest of your trip.  The deposit you've already paid is included in your total fee. Make checks out to: "S.A.L.T. Mission Camps".  Funds are non-refundable after the due date below.  For transfers between participants, contact the S.A.L.T. Mission Camps office directly. Late payments will incur a $25 additional charge.
