Developing Strengths-Based Ministry

Sutter Creek Church of the Nazarene, Sutter Creek, CA Wondering how to provide Strengths information to your congregation? This training focuses first on building an individual’s knowledge of his/her top five signature strengths (based on Gallup, Inc.'s StrengthsFinder Inventory), and then helps them identify ways to lead a strengths-based ministry initiative within a congregational setting. Dr. Norm Shoemaker will be leading this training for those individuals who want to take their strengths to the next level – becoming an advocate in their church/community.
