Location:
Brown Chapel - No charge to attendees

Join PLNU for a professional development opportunity on May 28th with Dr. Jeffrey Arnett, the originator of the theory of emerging adulthood (on development from age 18 to 29). Dr. Arnett is the world’s leading scholar on 18-29-year-olds, and he is the Founding President and Executive Director of the Society for the Study of Emerging Adulthood (see www.ssea.org).

PLNU's Office of Residential Life is sponsoring Dr. Arnett's visit to PLNU. This event is free and open to the public. Our time will include one hour of teaching and dialogue  with Dr. Arnett, primarily highlighting his  theory of Emerging Adulthood, along with his most recent book (with Elizabeth Fishel), Getting to 30: A Parent’s Guide to the Twentysomething Years.

This time of teaching will be  followed by a book signing and opportunity for Q&A. Dr. Arnett's books will be for sale at the event.
