Strengths 201 equips advisors to work one-on-one with individual members of a congregation, helping them to understand their signature strengths and discover “what they do best” in ministry and service.


This training is the equivalent to the former Gallup Coaches Training (now entitled Advisor Training).  Participants who attend the training will have the opportunity to receive their Gallup/NSI Advising Certification.

**Attendance at a Strengths 101 training is a pre-requisite to taking this course.**

Training Fees:
$750/person
