TEACHER PREPARATIONTo complete requirements for a preliminary Single Subject (Secondary) California teaching credential, students who pursue the concentration in English Education must pass the CSET Examination in English (including Composition and Rhetoric, Literature, and Linguistics) to demonstrate Subject Matter Competency and complete the Professional Preparation coursework and other items as required by the commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC). | ||
