 Keynote Speaker: Honorable John Chiang, California State Controller

Chiang brings a unique perspective on the budget challenges facing California.  He has been a leader in making the state’s finances more transparent and accountable to the public.  Chiang will provide invaluable insights in analyzing the impact of the November election on the state’s economy in the year ahead.

Dr. Lynn Reaser, PLNU Chief Economist, will join Chiang in guiding San Diegans through this uncertain economy after the presidential election. She will discuss the 2013 outlook for the global, national, and local economies along with financial markets.  At a time of increasing anxiety as key political decisions are made, Reaser will conclude with strategies for business and personal planning and investing in the year ahead.
