According to analysis by Macroeconomic Advisers, in 2010 Mr. Bullard's policy speeches were among the top market movers. His July research paper publication is cited as one of the three most influential policy events of 2010.

Mr. Bullard delivered his Dealmakers of the Year speech on the heels of President Obama's jobs speech to a joint session of Congress and a much anticipated Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) September meeting.
