Accessing Library Databases from Off-Campus
To access Library Databases from off-campus
1. Go to Ryan Library home page. HINT: Right click on the link to the left so it opens in a new tab or window.
2. Go to the "Need Articles" section in the middle of the left column, and click on Find Articles in one of our databases. This will bring up a list of the library databases.
3. IMPORTANT: Choose a database, but do not click on the name of the database that is the heading of the paragraph/description. Instead, go to the end of the paragraph and click on the link that says "We also provide off campus access to __________." It will look something like this:

4. At this point a screen will PLNU Web Access Management Login screen will appear. The screen should look like this:
5. Enter your first and last name (with a space between) in the first box.
6. Enter your 8-digit PLNU ID number in the second box. (This 8-digit number is near the barcode on your ID card. It is actually your regular 6-digit ID number plus two numbers on the end. Your first ID card has a 10 on the end, and it goes up from there. If you've never received an ID card, try 09.)
7. Click on the Submit button. This should take you to the database.
