Background

Dr. Ganz has been at PLNU since 1997. As a generalist she brings a broad knowledge to the department as she teaches courses in both athletic training and physical education. Her expertise is in management of athletic training and enjoys updating and creating new policies and procedures. Dr. Ganz is the Rehabilitation Coordinator in the athletic training clinic and helps to design and direct the rehabilitation classes that are run in the early afternoons for the collegiate student athletes. She also serves as an Athletic Trainer with volleyball, women’s basketball and Track and field.

Research Interest:
To gain an understanding of functional balance, proprioception and neuromuscular control. Specifically, to study interventions to decrease pain and enhance rehabilitation and return to play.
