Background

Primary teaching responsibilities include Motor Learning and Optimal Health courses. Dr. Anderson supervises student interns coaching in traditional team sports environments as well as students working in the field of strength &conditioning, fitness & health, and nutrition.

Research Interest:
Studying the taste buds of pre-school children, general health and fitness.
