Hi everyone! I joined the PLNU community in the fall of 2013. I’m an experimental psychologist, which simply means that I use scientific methods to gain new insights into the human condition. I am particularly interested in the intersection between social and cognitive psychology, and so I conduct research that helps us understand how our social and physical environments influence our thoughts and behavior. Being a researcher allows me to continually hone my skills for my other vocational passions, teaching and mentoring PLNU students. The overarching purpose of all these activities is to use psychological science to improve lives, shape experiences, and bring positive change to the world. If you are interested in learning more, please send me an email or give me a call. Better yet, stop by to chat!
