Background

Doyle Young is an executive, author, teacher, consultant and nationally recognized expert in building and running successful organizations.  With over 35 years of management experience and having served as CEO for two successful start-ups, CEO of the nation's largest human resources chapter, and President of a mature $200M publishing and broadcast media company with 1,200 employees, Doyle advises a large range of companies in how to plan and successfully execute their strategies.

As the Co-Founder of the EverChange Group, Doyle consults with organizations of all sizes that are undergoing rapid change and looking to efficiently and effectively execute their business strategy.  With a solid background in the theory, as well as the application of practical management approaches, Doyle's client work centers around the impact of chance on the capacity of an organization to sustain continued growth in the key areas of product development, technology, human resources management, finance and organizational performance.

Doyle is a member of the Masie Consortium Think Tank, a group of 100 individuals selected from leading U.S. corporations to delve into the issues and challenges related to individual corporate change practices.  In 2006 he was honored by being elected to the Advisory Board to Bethel Seminary.

He is the co-author of, "The Ever-Changing Organization: Creating the capacity for continuous change, learning and improvement" (St. Lucie Press, Sept. 1999).  His second book is titled "Chief Executive Office Planning System (2009, Self Published).  Doyle's contribution to the third book is titled "The Competent Manager" (John Wiley & Sons, 1982).  Currently Doyle is working on his fourth book, "Crossing the Execution Chasm."  He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Psychology from California State University, Northridge, California and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.  He is a Ph.D. candidate with research in the area of strategic change leadership.  In addition to being an adjunct professor at the Fermanian School of Business, Doyle also teaches for Vietnam National University (Hanoi), Ho Chi Minh University (Saigon) and California MiraMar University.
