Multiple Subject/Single Subject Clear Credential

Clear credentials are available for private school, charter school, and out-of-state teachers. Teachers in PLNU’s partner school districts who are clearing their credentials through an induction program such as BTSA (Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment, a state-funded program for new teachers) may be able to earn credit toward a master’s degree with PLNU.

Educational Specialist Clear Credential

The Clear credential for educational specialists has just been modified in 2009 by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).  The clear credential in special education can be taken separate or included inside the MA in Special Education degree.  In either case contact the Special education advisor at the regional center closest to your home or school for more information.
