Reporting a Crime


If a crime is in progress or you notice a suspicious person on campus, please report it immediately to Public Safety at 619-849-2525.


Crimes - occuring on PLNU property can be reported to Public Safety in person, by telephone or through email. An officer will attempt to respond in a timely manner and complete an incident report. C
rimes on- and off-campus can and should also be reported to the San Diego Police Department at 619-531-2000. 


If you want to notify Public Safety of a crime or incident, but wish to remain anonymous, you can submit an
 anonymous report on-line.

 

Vehicle Accidents - the Department of Public Safety also records vehicle accidents occurring on the campus of Point Loma Nazarene University. If you are involved in a vehicle accident on campus, please call 619-849-2546. If possible, do not leave the scene. A Community Service Officer will be dispatched to assess and document the incident.
