Board of Review

The ASB Board of Review serves as the judicial branch of the Associated Student Body. It is made up of a male and female representative from each class and  meets regularly to hear such cases as appeals of fines, election disputes, ASB service awards, establishing equitable penalties, interpretation of the Constitution, and other appeals. The Board of Review members are nominated by the Board of Directors and confirmed by Student Congress at the end of the academic year prior to the year they will serve.  The Freshmen Female and Male Board of Review representatives will be nominated by the Board of Directors and confirmed by Student Congress in September.
