Registration

Thank you for deciding to join us this summer! 

***Please read all directions/terms carefully before registration***

1) First complete the online payment and registration process below. Your spot on the trip will be reserved for 3 weeks and not finalized until the three supplemental forms are received (step 2).

2) Print each of the three forms below (personal data sheet, medical history, liability)  and return to "Outdoor Leadership -The Way"  through the contact infomation at the bottom of the page.  They can be returned by mail, email, or fax.  If these are not received your spot will be open to someone else after May 31st.

**Once ALL materials are received and reviewed by the trip leaders, final acceptance to the trip registration confirmation will be sent.  If registration is closed all spots have been filled, please join the waiting list by emailing your name, and phone number to Zacsawyer@pointloma.edu.  While it is not anticipated that the trip will be canceled, unforseen circumstances or acts of God always make this possible.  In this unlikely event full trip cost will be refunded, however, we are unable to compensate for any lost fees from airfare.

**Specific dates and times: Please plan to arrive on campus in San Diego before 2:00 p.m. on July 21st.  The Trip will end late in the afternoon of July 28th in San Diego, but do not schedule a flight before 7 p.m. on that day.  Accomodations are provided if flights must be booked for July 20th or July 29th.  Airport pickups will be available and scheduled closer to the date of the trip.  

**Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation there will be a $100 cancellation fee, within a one month of the trip no refunds can be issued. However, if we are able to fill the open spot we will refund fees at any date minus a $30 cancellation fee.
