You have the right to release or not release certain information while you are at PLNU. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 as amended affords students certain rights with respect to their education records. Learn more.

Jeanne Clery Act

The Jeanne Clery Act (formerly known as the Student Right to Know Act) has many requirements for post secondary education institutions. The availability of Campus Crime statistics, the Annual Security Report, and the Annual Fire Safety Report are such requirements.  Learn more.
