Church Partnerships

There are many ways to get plugged into student life at PLNU.  This culture is unique and navigating when and where to connect and how to attract students can be tough.  Here are some things to remember and ways to get started!

Here are a couple of ways to connect with students on campus.

+ Church Fair

Every fall semester.

+ Send a Bus/ Van

Many students do not have cars.  Connect with a PLNU student at your church to help you arrange the carpool & pickup/ dropoff.

Students have led worship, taught sunday school, mentored youth, run sound equipment, managed front desks, planned events, etc.  If you are willing to involve students and offer positions of impact and leadership click here so we can help connect you.

+ Post Opportunities on the PLNU Job Board

There are many ways to attract students.  Check out some suggestions below and click here to see how to post to our Job Board.

We invite you to consider the following when posting a competative opportunity:

+  Free housing:  This is strongly encouraged for summer long internships.  Community living is encouraged!

+  Academic credit:  For opportunities during the school year, this is a must.  Get creative!  Art, Business, and Communications majors all have internship classes.

+  Intentional mentorship/ discipleship:  Not only is this something many students desire, these offerings are great ways to invite your church family to participate in welcoming college age adults.
