Reporting Discrimination & Bias Incidents


Diversity is a paradigm to be practiced.

It is the goal of PLNU to provide an environment that is 100% free of discriminatory acts and bias.  If you witness or experience an incident that could be considered unfair, bias, or discriminatory, please contact the Chief Diversity Officer or utilize the main institutional reporting method shown below to advise us of the incident.

Reporting Violations

It is the responsibility of all responsible persons to report violations or suspected violations of this Code or applicable laws. If an employee becomes aware of a suspected violation, whether before or after it has occurred, they must promptly report it to their supervisor or senior management in accordance with such other relevant policies of PLNU as may be applicable. Alternately, anyone may report violations or suspected violations anonymously by using Silent Whistle (a third party company) by logging onto and following the webpage prompts, or by calling the Silent Whistle Hotline at 1-877-874-8416.
