The Coordinator of School Spirit will develop a program to maintain and enhance the school spirit of PLNU by promoting and publicizing athletic events to the student body and campus community. The Coordinator can plan on working an average of 8 to 10 hours each week at $8/hour not to exceed 125 hours/semester.
Each Coordinator will work within the Communications team to develop and execute the ASB publicity and marketing strategies as determined by the Director of ASB Communications and their advisor, the Coordinator of Student Activities. While each position holds an area of expertise, other assignments may be assigned as needed. The coordinator can plan on working an average of 8 to 10 hours each week at $8/hour not to exceed 125 hours/semester.
Each Coordinator will lead a Campus Activities Board (CAB) committee in planning, coordinating, and executing at least two events per semester. The coordinator can plan on working an average of 8 to 10 hours each week at the ASB stipend level of $1000/semester. This position also may be eligible for Communication majors’ internship requirements.
Each CAB member will work within a committee to come up ideas for activities as well as assist in the planning, coordinating, and executing of at least two activities per semester. CAB members can plan on attending a 1 hour meeting each week and are expected to attend most campus activities planned by CAB assisting with set up and tear down. A $100 thank you stipend is given at the end of each semester.
