Extravaganza Auxiliary/Non-Student Booth Form

The Extravaganza is Saturday, 11/17/12 from 9:30am – 3:00pm. Booth MUST be set up by 9am and tear down cannot begin until 3pm (unless approved by Beth Denney).   (*required field)
