Deadline for 2013 Nominations: June 17, 2013. This form is for submitting nominations for the Alumnus of Point Loma (APL) Award. Each nominee must meet the following criteria: - Significant and outstanding accomplishments professionally, academically, and/or in service to a non profit organization - Significant impact on the lives of others - A strong Christian testimony - Received a baccalaureate, post-graduate, or honorary degree from our institution NOTE: The Alumni Association researches each nominee, but this nomination will be the initial information that the Awards Committee will read about your nominee.
