PLNU's Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management is an interdisciplinary undergraduate degree designed to change the way you think about leadership and management. Through creative and innovative learning, you will develop a deeper understanding of who you are; you will analyze and reflect on how you think, interact with others, and lead in the workplace; and you will obtain leadership skills that apply both in your personal and professional life.
- The program focuses on three essential outcomes: developing self, understanding group dynamics, and engaging with organizational systems.
- Self-assessments, informational interviews, team projects, and reflection and research papers enhance learning experiences.
- Not only will you learn how to manage well, but how to lead effectively, learning theories such as Adaptive Leadership, Situational Leadership, Servant Leadership, and Transformational Leadership are taught in the program.
- Ethics, organizational behavior, resource management, and cultural influences in the workplace are topics that we dive into together as a cohort.
We admit students from various disciplines and backgrounds to share diverse insight and learn from each other throughout our time together. Students who join the program become effective leaders in corporate, nonprofit, education, and healthcare sectors.
