Brittany Johnson, M.S., R.D.N.

Professor of Nutrition and Dietetics

Brittany Johnson has been at PLNU since 2015. As a trained registered dietitian nutritionist with a focus in clinical, community, and outpatient settings, her expertise allows her to creatively teach a variety of nutrition and food courses within the department. Johnson has a strong passion for studying intervention methods to optimize personal diets to improve individuals' health and well-being. On campus, she is co-advisor of Phi Upsilon Omicron National Honor Society and involved with performance nutrition education for student athletes.
