Program Advisor
PLNU at Cuyamaca College

As the program advisor at Cuyamaca College, I oversee PLNU’s Adult Degree Completion programs in computer information technology, organizational management and child development. I was born and raised in Modesto, California. I attended and played basketball at Holy Names University and after college, worked for eight years as a middle school physical education teacher — having the opportunity to serve as junior high athletic director, assistant junior varsity boys basketball coach, and head varsity boys basketball coach. A year ago, my wife, daughter and I moved to San Diego, where I began working in administration at a local charter school. I feel blessed to take on a different educational opportunity and now have the privilege of working in higher education. My educational and professional background has allowed me to fulfill one of my biggest passions, which is helping others reach their goals in life.
