Sam Ovando earned his MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Prior to his MBA, he earned his BA in Computer Science from Point Loma Nazarene University.
Throughout his career he has worked in several types of roles such as: database programming, system administration, product management, and service product management. He has traveled to Japan extensively and traveled to France and the United Kingdom for business. He enjoys finding ways to optimize and improve businesses, moving them from tedious manual work to automated database/web interfaces. Since programming/scripting is an interest, he finds ways of using Python for work related projects.
Sam enjoys listening to music, traveling internationally, and playing the trombone.
