Jill Hamilton-Bunch is the associate dean of Teacher Education at PLNU and is the director of the Bakersfield campus. She joined the PLNU faculty full time in 2002 after serving many years in the public school system. She began her career in Delano, California, as an English Language Development (ELD) teacher, academic coach, and program leader before coming to the university. Her research interests include the preparation of teachers to serve English learners and performance quality indicators in the teaching of ELD.
