Mandy Morrell, MBA, ABD

Assistant Professor of Management

Mandy Morrell came to PLNU in 2018 as an assistant professor of management. She has extensive professional experience in project and supply chain management as well as IT and IT security management. Prof. Morrell has worked for the United States Air Force Material Command Headquarters and the United States Army Research and Development Corps., Benet Laboratories before continuing her career at General Electric Power (GE). While at GE, Morrell managed sourcing integration and supply chains for steam turbines and generators for the power generation division. In addition to her professional experience, Prof. Morrell has focused her research on business ethics and supply chain satisfaction. Professor Morrell has taught: BUS 1000, Introduction to Business, MGT 2012 Principles of Management, BUS 4075 Sustainability in Action, BUS 6035 Managing for Operational Excellence and BUS 6060, Managing in a Changing Environment.  While teaching management courses here at PLNU, Prof. Morrell is working on her doctoral dissertation on Career Satisfaction Factors of Millennial Supply Chain Graduates Working in Supply Chain Careers. She is passionate about supply chain sustainability and transparency and is dedicated to investing in the next generation of management professionals.
