Directions for submitting an event request:

1.  Check Space Availability

2. Once the availability of date and time is confirmed, please return to this page
    and Submit Event Request

3.   Follow steps through the Event Request Form, making sure to submit all necessary information.

Once your request is submitted it will be sent to the Building Coordinator for space approval and the Master Calendar Coordinator for event approval.

All requests must be approved by the Master Calendar Coordinator before it can be considered confirmed.

All requests that are University Sponsored or Co-Sponsored need to go through Conference Services.
