PLNU provides opportunity for graduate study as preparation for service and leadership in selected professions at our regional centers throughout California.

Point Loma Nazarene University is a quality educational institution providing academic excellence with a Wesleyan heritage since 1902. PLNU is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and holds various other accreditations and memberships.

The university relocated to the Point Loma Peninsula from Pasadena in 1973. The graduate programs have since expanded throughout California, to Mission Valley in San Diego, Arcadia of the greater Los Angeles area, Bakersfield serving the San Joaquin Valley, and our newest campus reaching out to the Inland Empire.

All of PLNU's locations have a consistent commitment. That commitment is to prepare thoughtful, culturally sensitive, scholarly professionals who utilize the latest research and exemplary methods to ensure learning and achievement. The faculty is committed to equip students to become influential moral and ethical leaders in a highly competitive, diverse and ever-changing society.
