Welcome to Point Loma Nazarene University

Caye Smith

Welcome to Point Loma Nazarene University. We are delighted that you are joining us for the 2017 fall semester.

This letter summarizes information you need to make a smooth and successful transition to PLNU in a few short weeks. Most importantly, plan to attend New Student Orientation (NSO) on Friday, August 25-26, 2017.  At NSO, you will meet key people; get your ID card; learn about the culture of PLNU; move in to your room; purchase your textbooks and much more. You are welcome to bring up to two guests to attend NSO with you.

We deeply desire that you grow as a whole person during your years at PLNU. We trust that you will experience an extra measure of God’s grace as you participate in our community. Come to PLNU expectantly. Opportunities to learn, grow, and serve are abundant here. The entire PLNU community is preparing for your arrival.
