The Church IS Mission - Pastors Equipping Day

Date:
Tuesday, March 6, 2012, 9:30 am - Thursday, March 8, 2012, 3:00 am
Location:
Northern California, Sacramento, and New Mexico Districts

We would like to cordially invite to you to join us for a Pastors Equipping Day.

There is an exciting movement of God’s people from the internal focus of a consumer-driven church to be sent into the world for the sake of the Gospel.  Increasing numbers of leaders have rediscovered the joy of a missional focus.

But what is missional?  What is a missional church? If being missional includes participating in the mission of God in the world, what does that look like in a rapidly changing, diverse, and increasingly post-modern world?

This spring, we are pleased to host three Pastors Area Continuing Education (or PACE) events on the Southwest Region of the Church of the Nazarene.

  • Tuesday, March 6, 2012 - Concord Church of the Nazarene (Northern California District)
  • Wednesday, March 7, 2012 - Location TBD (Sacramento District)
  • Thursday, March 8, 2012 - Location TBD (New Mexico District)

Join us for this day of equipping as Drs. David Busic and Ron Benefiel focus on  the Missio Dei, the mission of God  as He works through your church, your leadership, your life.
