Developing Strengths-Based Ministry

Trinity Church of the Nazarene, Lompoc, CA Wondering how to provide Strengths information to your congregation? This training focuses first on building an individual’s knowledge of his/her top five signature strengths (based on Gallup, Inc.'s StrengthsFinder Inventory), and then helps them identify ways to lead a strengths-based ministry initiative within a congregational setting. Dr. Norm Shoemaker will be leading this training for those individuals who want to take their strengths to the next level – becoming an advocate in their church/community.
